About Us...
Tripped Theatre Company was thought up by a rag-tag bunch of students, led by Artistic Director, Georgia Leanne Harris, to put on some plays at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Since their inception in 2013, they've been based in York and Manchester and now find themselves in the glorious city that is London. The company's changed a bit through that time but has remained committed to its core aim of showcasing stories rarely told in classical and new writing;

Driven by stories rarely told and a passion for the extraordinary, Georgia likes to make theatre that gets the pulse racing and pushes the boundaries of what is 'allowed'. She wants to try everything, but is drawn to stories that make you laugh and cry in equal measure.

Influenced by the two big TS's, Tom Stoppard and Taylor Swift, Lucy Walters writes plays that are a mix of comedy and catharsis. She aims to create work that can empower women, surprise audiences and tickle the odd funny bone.
